We are now at the end of week 2 of the “no eating out” challenge for the month of August. It has been going really well for us. We’ve been sticking to our plan, for the most part. We have had to make a few adjustments to our menu plan here and there, but we have stuck with it and had no fast food or take out this month! We’ve made it almost to the middle of the month, just a few more days! Actually, it hasn’t really been that extremely hard for us because Jason and I have been trying to eat healthier and it just makes more sense to not eat as much fast food.
Here is our menu plan for this coming week:
Sunday: Deli Sandwiches, French Fries, Fruit
Monday: Lasagna & Garlic Bread
Tuesday: Chicken Legs, Rice, Veggies
Wednesday: Ham & Potato Casserole, Green Beans, Cornbread
Thursday: Meatloaf, Mac & Cheese, Glazed Carrots
Saturday: Sloppy Joe & French Fries
