Week 1 of the August Fast Food Challenge

So we have finished our first week of the August Fast Food Challenge I presented you with last week. How is it going for everyone? We have done very well. So far, we have had no Fast Food or Take Out Food! We made our plans over the weekend and stuck to our menu and things went pretty good. I have our menu plan for this coming week all ready.

Sunday: Breakfast (Probably French Toast & Sausage)

Monday: Meatball Subs

Tuesday: Spaghetti & Salad (using the leftover meatballs from the night before!)

Wednesday: Chicken Enchilades

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizza

Saturday: Roast Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Veggies

 

So that’s our plan for the next week. I always keep on hand several frozen pizzas and other items that are easy to heat up, just in case we end up being pushed for time. It’s always good to have a back-up plan!
