No-Bake S’mores “Cake” Recipe

Hello friends! I have a new dessert recipe for you today! We made this last Sunday and everyone loved it! I found this recipe on Pinterest at Kraftrecipes.com. It was so easy to make and delicious!

Here is how we made it:

Step #1   Gather Ingredients:

  1. 1 small box chocolate flavor instant pudding
  2. 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  3. 14 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half (28 squares)
  4. 1- 8oz container cool whip, thawed and divided
  5. 1 cup mini marshmallows
  6. 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Step #2    Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.

Step #3  Meanwhile, cover bottom of 8-inch square pan with 9 graham cracker squares, overlapping as needed to form even layer.

Step #4  Add 2 cups cool whip to pudding, stir gently just until blended. Spread half the pudding mixture over graham squares in pan.

Step #5  Top with 9 of the remaining graham squares. Repeat layers.

Step #6   Spread remaining cool whip over dessert.

Step #7  Top with marshmallows. Crush remaining graham squares, sprinkle over dessert.

Step #8   Refrigerate 3 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
